Crab Cakes Served with salsa verde

Braised Lamb Shank
Lamb Shank with a port demi. Served with roast garlic mashed and Mint-tossed Heritage carrots.

Arctic Char
Pan seared Arctic Char topped with a cherry tomato and pepper salsa. Served with parsnip pure and roasted bacon, parmesan brussel spouts.

Dessert
Chocolate 2 Nut Torte with Tiger Tail Ice Cream
